Why the Separate Collection?

I had been searching for both, my collection of 35mm's and, for a way to efficiently digitize them.  Now that I have both, I thought that they should still be kept separately because, although in some cases they are indistinguishable from the more current DSLR ones, they do contain for me, a patina, a lustre of times gone by, at least in my life's timeline.

Ninety percent of these photographs were taken with my Pentax K1000 and later with the Pentax SF1.  All of the photos are dated from the late 1970's to the late 1980's.  Some were shot using Kodachrome and some with Ektachrome. Later hopefully, I will be posting my B/W's from the early 1970's shot on Kodak TriPan 400 ISO.
